Strong Bones



Stronger for Longer is a strength and conditioning class run by our physiotherapists both online or zoom and in the clinic. We focus on building muscle, your body weight and your general well being, we want to improve your life, not just your strength. Taking part in the class will help you to:

- Increase muscle strength and endurance
- Challenge balance and co-ordination
- Reduce risk of falls and injuries
- Improve bone health
- Help manage chronic diseases
- Enhance your quality of life and improve ability to do everyday activities




It is a one hour exercise class that includes a warm up, a circuit of exercises that will be varied each week, a cool down and some stretches and meditaton. All classes are led by an experienced chartered physiotherapist with no more than 5 participants in each class which allows for individualised attention for each participant. In the zoom classes all of the exercises will be bodyweight or using household items. A free movement screen must be done with one of our physiotherapists before taking part in the class.
